Requirements
Technical skills and Knowledge:
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) - B2 level. You are going to work with international clients and candidates;
Strong interpersonal communications skills to negotiate, resolve conflicts, present ideas, etc.

To effectively communicate our products and services to our audience, Talemy relies on a strong and creative marketing and branding team. As a Marketing Executive at Talemy, you'll have the opportunity to venture into all aspects of marketing, including brand positioning, assets creation, and content execution across various channels.

Responsibilities
Content Creation and Marketing:
Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and target audience preferences. Talemy has three audiences with different wants and needs, our clients, our candidates, and our Talemininions;
Create knowledge-filled and value-focused content across various platforms and formats, including blog posts, social media (Facebook & LinkedIn), videos, and whitepapers;
Conduct audience research to understand their needs, pain points, and preferences, and tailor content accordingly;
Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and external partners to gather insights and generate compelling content, from products content, tips and tricks, and employer brand content.
This current role focuses content creation, but as you continue to develop with Talemy, your opportunities may expand to include Digital Marketing or Brand Management. The direction of your growth is in your hands.
