Remote working
Location
Taleminions work remotely, allowing you to experience the convenience of working from home and achieve greater productivity. However, we sometimes throw coffee work-dates or parties to foster collaboration.

Your salary is determined by considering both your registered time and contribution:
Salary = Base pay + Commission per deal* + Hot bonus.

Undergrad and intern: 3.000.000 VND/month (minimum 27 hr/week)*

Talemy applied the market practice for recruiters’ commissions. Besides the fixed rate, to encourage our members to be goal-oriented, there will be a bonus for the position sealed that hits the monthly OKRs.

Taleminions have the opportunity to receive a hot bonus each month based on their outstanding work performance or contribution. The bonus amount is not fixed and varies depending on individual achievements.

The base salary of Taleminions is reviewed every 6 months, taking into account their contribution and performance. This ensures that salary adjustments reflect individual achievements and ongoing dedication to their work

Taleminions have the opportunity to attend three company trips per year. These trips offer an excellent opportunity to explore new destinations, strengthen team dynamics, and foster a productive work environment.
